We dry hop our amber with a rotating selection of northwest grown hops. The current selection features Cascade and Denali hops for a floral and pine aroma. The malt character of this delicious amber is simple and balanced that lends itself to being a great beer to stick with all night.

Restoration Bock | Dopplebock

7.7% ABV - 20 IBUs

Our current offering in the Restoration Ale Project Series in collaboration with Columbia Gorge Refuge Stewards. A healthy dose of German pilsner, Vienna, and Munich malts make up the grist of this decidedly malt forward, amber colored, strong lager. This offering was cold aged and is deceptively easy drinking beer for being so strong.

Cucumber GOSE well with Lime | Fruited Gose

1862 Mexican Lager | Mexican Lager

4.3% ABV - 10 IBUs

Mexican soldiers defeated French occupiers on May 5th of 1862. This battle was known as the Battle of Puebla and today celebrated in Mexico as El Día de la Batalla de Puebla, but in the US we simply celebrate it as Cinco de Mayo. Our Mexican lager is incredibly light bodied and drinks dry and crisp with a delicate touch of sweetness on the end. Best when served with a lime and drank by the ocean, but a kiddie pool works in a pinch.

Bolt 45 Malt Liquor - Collaboration with Grains of Wrath | American Malt Liquor

7.7% ABV - 20 IBUs

Dumb Thumb | Belgian India Pale Ale - Collabo with Royale Brewing Company

7.9% ABV - 59 IBUs

Brewed in collaboration with royale brewing in Portland. This big Belgian IPa highlights the watermelon notes of el dorado hops and a traditional Belgian yeast that lends banana and clove flavors. Also, have you ever tried opening a can of beer with just your thumb? You should probably try it.

Billy Kristalweisen | Kristalweisen Wheat Ale

4.2% ABV - 12 IBUs

analyze this; Very light straw color with little yeast in suspension. This style of hefeweizen is intentionally clean, crisp and refreshing with just a hint of yeast ester. The malt is comprised of about 30% malted wheat and 70% malted barley, giving it a dense head. In the city or in the wild west this beer is pretty slick.
