Broken Record IPA | A Drinking Pale Ale
Crafted with sessionability in mind, this drinking IPA does not disappoint. Premium pale malts are balanced with Northwest grown Cascade, Centennial, and Azzacca hops, giving this session pale a big, fruity, floral nose and pleasant hoppy finish.
Käscadia Kölsch | Kölsch-style Ale
Pilsner malt and a classic German yeast strain create a remarkably crisp and easy drinking beer that begs to be shared with friends.
‘shoug Wheat | NEW RECIPIE
This unfiltered wheat based ale is exclusive to Clark County. We brewed this simple drinking wheat with Mosaic hops that give the beer fruity fun flavor and a refreshing finish.
River Road Pilsner | German-style Pilsner
Named for our very own Washougal River Road. This is a classic German-style pilsner with a nice hop bite from Oregon grown Ultra hops. Drinks crisp and clean with a light-medium body.
Zeppelin Amber Ale
Crafted to be an everyday drinking Amber Ale with a smooth and crisp malt flavor. The addition of a big dry hop of Amarillo hops gives this ale a bright aroma.
To Bavaria with Love | Märzen
Our Oktoberfest beer for 2016 uses German vienna and munich malts to develop a sweet malt flavor. We mashed at a cooler temperature to increase attenuation and balance the malty sweetness for stein-worthy drinkability.
Brewed with Widmer to bring folks together during these tumultuous political times. As such we brewed a classic American lager and then added 48 pounds of NW grown Cascade hops to the hop back (mash tun) for a big and beautiful hop aroma. So order a pint and forget about it all for a bit.
Snowball Headed for Hell
Our winter seasonal is packed with citrus from fresh navel orange peel and a good wallop of Mandarina hops. The citrus plays well with the wheat and the yeast left in suspension. We hope that this cloudy IPA reminds you of the faded warmth of summer.
Half Cocked IPA
A fruit forward IPA that was hop bursted during the boil with El Dorado, Amarillo, and Meridian hops. The resulting beer is fruit forward with hints of apricot, citrus, and berries.
Pauly Schwarz | German-Style black lager
A traditional German -style schwarzbier brewed using all German Pilsner and Munich malts. Noble Hops from Willamette Valley round out this easy drinking black lager. Pairs well with Encino Man but Son-In-Law will do in a pinch.
Pretty in Pink Kettle | Sour with cranberries and cherries
We’re bringing back our favorite Molly Ringwald -inspired beer. It drinks with a big cherry flavor and a nice clean sour finish.
Hill de Prune Oud Bruin | Oud Bruin
Straight from the once heralded prune capitol of the world, Hill de Prune uses more than eight pounds of Northwest grown plums per barrel in this new take on an old world classic. This young sour beer was blended with a barrel aged strong beer with brettanomyces. The resulting beer is pleasantly puckerific and positively plumtastic.
A Pear to Remember | Fruited Kettle-sour
Freshly pressed cider-pear juice from the Hood River Valley was used to brew this lightly tart ale. The subtle flavor of the fresh pear mingles with high carbonation and a crisp acidity for a refreshing finish.
